I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay! The hotel is lively and cozy, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms were spacious, equipped with air conditioning and a convenient kitchen for families like mine. The service was top-notch, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my trip stress-free. However, the construction work near the front entrance caused a bit of inconvenience initially. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The hotel left us stranded in Prague for 6 hours in the middle of the night, showing no concern for our situation despite everything being fully booked due to a rock concert with 70,000 attendees. The receptionist was very rude and heartless, refusing a room for our hen party without any prior policy explanation. The room offered cooking facilities but lacked an oven. However, the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious despite some low ceiling heights.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and Prague's sights, surrounded by public transportation options, minimarkets, and local restaurants. The dining experience in the coffee shop was quick and delicious, offering a variety of items like ham and cheese sandwiches and organic jams.
The hotel provided a spacious, exceptionally clean room that was a brilliant base for long sightseeing days in the city. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, solving any problems efficiently. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Metro and Tram lines, local restaurants, and close to major attractions. Despite the noisy street outside, the stay was comfortable and convenient.
